Collection: Return Policy - please read

All items (except personalized items) are eligible for returns/partial refunds. JWD must be contacted at jmewiz@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving item to start the return/refund process. There is a restocking fee of $10 and if item is shipped back to JWD, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The customer is also responsible for the shipping of their replacement order. JWD will offer a refund of 80% of total cost of item, but customer must contact JWD via email within 5 days of receiving their product. After the 5th day, customer will not be allowed to return or will not be eligible for a refund. Products must also not be worn or washed in order to qualify for a return/refund.

Personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
